Betty Jane Fischer, of Binghamton, 73, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2015. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Bertha Fischer; brother, Larry Fischer. She is survived by her loving family; sister-in-law, Cet Fischer; niece, Kaleig; nephew, Kristian; several cousins, special friends, Doreen, Regina and Kristin Jamba, Edna Sylvia, Sally Colburn, Kim Keeney McCrory, Pat Cluck, dog, Zoey and many other special friends. Betty Jane was a LPN and worked as an Aquatics Director at the JCC and the YWCA. She enjoyed wood burning and carving. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A special thank you to Lourdes Hospice for their loving care. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 7:00 pm at James V.
