Betty J. Landon, 85, went to join her husband, Bob in Heaven on Wednesday, July 22, 2015. She was also predeceased by her parents, William and Helen Shaw; sister, Ruth. She is survived by her sons, David and Cindy Landon, Steve Landon; sister, Marie and Art; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a special friend, Sally. Betty retired from the First City Bank after many years of service. Betty will be remembered for her love of camping and for being a loving dog owner. The family wishes to thank Lourdes Hospice and Good Shepard Fairview for their loving care. The family will receive friends from 10-11 am on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Wm R Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson. A funeral service will follow Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Chenango Valley Cemetery.
