Brenda E. Greene

Ms. Brenda (Swingle) Greene, of Binghamton, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021. She was born in Binghamton, NY on February 18, 1951. Brenda was predeceased by her father, Willard, mother, Geneva and brother, Dennis Swingle. Brenda is survived by brothers, David and Roger Swingle, sister, Deborah Hover, half -brother, Willard, and half-sister, Susan. She is also survived by son Jamie Gardner, grandsons, William Gardner (Kimberly Smith), Jamie Jr. (Angel), Patrick James Gardner, great grandchildren, Mark Smith, Anabell, Sapphire, Aurora, Ruby and William Gardner III. Brenda is also survived by several nieces and a nephew, her beloved Hero, Miss Kitty, and Max. Last but not least, many thanks to her longtime love Tom Rogers who gave her such great care, and sister, Deborah who gave her wonderful care while she was living with her, also many thanks to Tom Jr., Lisa & Joe, David, Kristine, and Kathy. Brenda thanks each of you, loves each of you, and wishes God’s blessings to each of you. Brenda would also like to thank her dear friends at Hospice, Jessica, Hilary and Kim who took such great care of her, to Mercy House who made her comfortable with care and compassion to her and her family. At Brenda’s request, there will be no service. She only asks that people be kind and forgive one another.
