Phyllis Claire Heath, of Binghamton, 73, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 26, 2015. She was predeceased by her grandson, Jeffrey Fisher. She is survived by her daughter, Trudy and Jeffrey Fisher; granddaughters, Samantha, Cassandra and great granddaughter, Coralyn. Phyllis was a longtime employee of Team World . She loved her cat, Sammy. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 3, 2015 from 10-11 am at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson, NY 13901.
