Richard K. Furman of Conklin, 76, passed away on Friday December 13, 2013. He was predeceased by his parents, Kermit & Frances Furman and his best friend, Pauline Bowen. Dick is survived by his sister, Dorothy, brother, Lawrence, children Laura, Richard and Danielle and several grandchildren. Dick was a retiree from the Binghamton Psychiatric Ctr., he loved to gamble at Turning Stone and Tioga Downs. He loved driving in his car and taking the long way to get there and was constantly enjoying candy bars. Dick was a very friendly outgoing man and will be dearly missed by many. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home 737 Chenango St. Port Dickinson, NY 13901. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
