Rob was a good man. No matter how bad things got he was always pleasant and gave the best hugs. He was sweet and somehow got into your heart. He told meIn Rochester that he wouldn't wish what he was going through on his worst enemy. I said who are you kidding, you don't have any enemies. Judging by the turnout at the services, I was right. He was an amazing man that I'm going to miss very much. Love you Rob. I wish you were here but I'm glad your not in pain anymore.

A man with a big heart and so kind...unfair that you didn't have more time to enjoy your retirement, and spend more time in Key West..Heaven gained a great cook and a carring man, may there be many oceans and lakes for you to make the next big catch..you will be missed by many here, but glad you are again pain free..

Rob was a great person. Would give you the shirt off his back if he thought you needed it more. Always willing to lend a listening ear and give some good advice. Loved gathering all his friends and family together for a few beers and a bonfire. RIP Rob and we’ll see you on the other side. My deepest condolences to all that knew and loved him. 🙏🏻

I enjoyed Rob’s friendship throughout school and even beyond when coming back to Binghamton to visit. When we were in elementary school , Rob gave me this really cute valentine of a white dog with a Purple Heart on his collar and on the back it simply said from Robert Atutis, I treasured that valentine well into my 20’s, the crazy things you remember. RIP Rob.
