Margaret Anne Flynn

FLYNN, MARGARET ANN Age 85, of Birmingham, died May 4, 2011. She was a member of Edwards Lake Church of Christ (formerly 77th Street Church of Christ). She is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Flynn; and granddaughter, Laura Whitfield. Survivors are her daughters, Sandy Gilbert (Jon) and Carolyn McFarlin; brothers, Bill Wallace (Irma), and Glenn Wallace; sister, Sarah Sharpe; grandchildren, Eric Gilbert (Jerri), Eryn Fox (Mike), Alli Hartley (Chris), Brian McFarlin; great grandchildren Hunter Fox, Jessica Wood (Jace), Jonica Boyd, Jonathan Boyd (Jennifer), Lillie Grace Hartley, Lance Gilbert, and Pete Marvin; great-great grandchildren, Layla, Claire, and Melia. She is also survived by a large extended family including nieces, nephews, cousins, etc. Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Roebuck Chapel, with visitation beginning at 11:30 AM. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. >
