Tommy Earl Cole, age 78, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his sons, Tommy Cole, Jr. and Tim Cole; daughter, Marilyn Cole; brother, Terry Glover; sisters, Johnnie Peffer and Bonnie Johnston; grandchildren, Dana Stewart, Eric Parker and TJ Cole; great-grandchildren, Madison Parker, AJ Stewart and Avery Parker. Tommy will be remembered by both family and friends for his kindness and generosity. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Dora, AL. Tommy devoted his life to helping others. He will be missed. Visitation will be held Tue., Aug 1 from 5-7pm at Johns-Ridout"s Funeral Parlors, Birmingham, AL. Burial will be Wed., Aug 2, 1:15 pm at Alabama National Cemetery, Montevallo, AL.
