Irene H. Conrad

Irene H. Conrad (Pruett), 92, of Kearny formerly of East Newark, passed away on Monday June 3, 2013 at Alaris Health Center in Kearny. She was born in Tamaqua, PA.. She worked for Allstate Legal Supply Co. in the engraving department for 19 years before her retirement in 1988.

Funeral services will be conducted by the Zarro Funeral Home, (www.zarrofuneralhome.net), 145 Harrison St., Bloomfield, on Friday June 7th at 9:30 am followed by a Mass at 10:30 am at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belleville. The burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, N. Arlington. Visitation will be on Thursday, from, 3-7 pm.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Ellen B. Barra, sisters, Mary Draper and Pauline Fenstermacher; 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Jacob. F.; daughter, Irene R. and son, Carl G. parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Pruett; and many siblings.
