Funeral services will be conducted by the Zarro Funeral Home, (www.zarrofuneralhome.net), 145 Harrison St., Bloomfield.

A Mass will be offered at St. Anthony’s of Padua Church, Belleville, on Monday September 16, 2013 at 9:30am. Visitation will be on Sunday, September 15, 2013 from 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted to the American Cancer Association in her memory.

She is survived by her two sons, John and his wife Anna and William and his wife Virginia, siblings, Ruth Klaus, William Groel and Joyce Obre; cherished grandchildren, Diane, Lauren, Gia, Danielle, John and Joelle their spouses and her 8 beautiful Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John.

Mary was a “Jersey Shore Girl” at heart. She was born in Newark but grew up in Oakhurst with her two sisters & brother and spent most of her summers at the Phillips Avenue Beach in Deal. NJ. She enjoyed life to the fullest- but most of all spending time with her family. She would say “I’m so lucky to have a happy healthy life and to watch my family grow and to be able to share so much with them!” But, we are the lucky ones to have had her in our lives and to enjoy her great cooking passion for life and most of all her love. She had a wonderful life and she will be missed tremendously by everyone she ever met. GOD bless you Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Grand Mother, Great Grand Mother, and Friend.
