

Teresa “Terri” Mattia (nee Cerligione), 83, a lifelong resident of the Silver Lake Section of Belleville, passed away peacefully at her home on March 20, 2015, surrounded by her family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Zarro Funeral Home, 145 Harrison St., Bloomfield. Visitation is on Monday, from 7-9 pm , and Tuesday, 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Kindly be at the funeral home on Wednesday by 9:30 am prior to a Mass of Christian burial at 10:30am at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belleville. The entombment will be at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Terri’s name to St. Anthony’s Church, Belleville.
Terri was the past President and member of the Saint Anthony’s Rosary Altar Society, member of the Clara Maass Auxiliary, member of the Saint Anthony’s Feast committee, Eucharistic Minister and RCIA Leader. She was an active member of Saint Anthony’s Church and the Silver Lake Civic Association.
She is survived by her loving children and their spouses, Rosary and Joseph Papasidero, Suzanne and Frank Johnston, Carmine and Gina Mattia and Michael and Karen Mattia; cherished grandchildren, Jennifer, Joseph, and Jessica Papasidero, Christopher, David and Steven Johnston, Nicholas and Robert Mattia, Michael, Domenick and Marissa Mattia and great grandchildren, Kaylee Anne and Joseph Thomas Papasidero..
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 45 years, Carmine in 1997, and her 9 siblings.
