Billy Joe Boatman

Bill Boatman, 98, Passed away on May 5th 2025 in Diamond Springs Ca. where he lived the last 9 years of his life near his son & daughter-n-law (Newell & Bonnie). Bill was born in Tipton Oklahoma on June 21, 1926. He moved to Arizona where Bill married Raylene,(his wife of 71 years) in1944.They moved to Fontana in1945 where they raised their 4 children ( Diana, Nadine, Newell, & Danny).

Bill was a Foreman at Kaiser Steel & after 34 years retired in1978. Bill was also a proud owner of G&B Liquor Stores And (4?) Restaurant.

Bill was actively involved in Horse Racing for 46 Years & raised several of his horses on his ranch in Bloomington.

Bill is survived by his 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, & 2 great great grandchildren.

Bill was truly loved and will be greatly missed!

Funeral service will be graveside service on Saturday, May 17,2025 at 12:00 noon at Green Acres Memorial Park in Bloomington Ca. He will be laid to rest next to his wife, Raylene! He's happy!
