Kindhearted, a loving parent, a devoted husband and a true friend. Dennis Oscar Kaisinger passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025, at the age of 83. Though he will be deeply missed, he leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will be cherished forever.
Born on November 18, 1941, in Detroit, Michigan to Oscar and Betty Kaisinger. Dennis was the older brother of Rosemary Rheingans (Kaisinger). After graduating high school, Dennis went to work for Kaiser Steel, where he continued to work for the next 20 years. Following that, Dennis went on to work for San Bernardino County, where he concluded his career in 2002. He enjoyed his occupation and made many friends throughout the years. He was respected for his dedication and hard work.
Outside of work, in his younger years, Dennis enjoyed hunting, attending car shows and visiting air museums.
Dennis met the love of his life, Ann (Fitzgerald) through mutual friends; it was Dennis’ sense of humor that won Ann over. After dating for three and a half years they got married and bought their forever home in Bloomington, CA. His greatest joy was his family. He was a devoted husband to Ann and a loving father to Michael and Denise (Curtin). Dennis was also an extremely proud and supportive grandfather to his only grandchild, Christian.
Over the years, Ann and Dennis hosted many social gatherings at their home; their bar was the place to be. Dennis loved Olympia beer, and his bar fridge was always well stocked. It was from behind that bar where Dennis loved to sit and socialize with his friends and family. So many laughs were had. Dennis always had a way to make everyone feel welcome; his laughter was contagious, and his kindness was felt by all. Dennis will be sincerely missed but never forgotten.
A celebration of Dennis’ life will be held Wednesday, October 22 at 11:00 a.m. at Green Acres Memorial Park Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave, Bloomington.
