Dolores was born on December 9, 1933 in San Bernardino, CA, to Lucio and Julia Alvarado. She married her husband, Arthur, on August 18, 1959. They resided in Rialto, CA, for 14 years, and then Fontana, CA, for the rest of their lives.
Dolores graduated from San Bernardino High School in 1952. She worked as a Civil Service Key Punch Operator for Norton Air Force Base for several years and then became a full-time homemaker/mother.
Dolores is survived by her daughter, Arlene L. Garnett; two sons, Arthur L. Foulk Jr. and Robert M. Foulk; 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Rita Luna and Lisa Alvarado. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lucio and Julia Alvarado; 4 brothers - Johnny, Tony, Richard, and Lucio, Jr.; and 2 sisters, Josie Alba and Lupe Bartlow.
Services will be held at Green Acres Memorial Park & Mortuary on Friday, January 16, 2026. Services are private for family and close friends.
