Donna June Cook 73, of Rialto passed away December 16, 2013. She was born in Colorado but spent the majority of her life in San Bernardino County California. She is preceded in death by her son Larry Cook and survived by her two daughters: Diana Jones of Morro Bay and Teresa LaBau of Rialto. Services have been entrusted to Green Acres Mortuary. Memorial Services are private and will be at a future date.
