Dorotha (Dottie) Cartwright Franz age 85 passed away on Sunday, Feb. 12th, 2017. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Arnie of 62 years, brother James (Jimmy), daughter, Laurie Rouse (61), son Ken (56) and daughter-in-law Sarah (55). She is survived by daughter Linda Browning (Brett), son Steve (Cathy), and daughter Stacey Coccia (Ray), son-in-law Jon Rouse, niece Terri Alm (Charlie), sister-in-law Elaine Cartwright, brother-in-law Wayne Franz (Mary). In addition to her children, Dottie is survived by 9 adoring grandchildren, 8 equally adoring great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. She leaves a legacy of love as well as many cherished memories that will keep her forever in our hearts and minds.
