I am so sorry for your loss. Ed was such a good man and will be missed.  My fondest memories of Ed involve racing.  The boat drags at Puddingstone Lake, eating In N Out burgers, drinking Coors beer and hearing the roar of the engines and the smell of nitro in the air.  And who could forget the raggedy group that spent many years going to the Pomona drags in the motorhome drinking Ron's famous bloody mary mix and eating Ed's restaurant quality biscuits and gravy?! Those years will forever be cherished in my heart. The times that Ron, Ed, myself and my dad spent together will always be remembered. I wish some things would never change...

We will miss Eddie. As far back as I can remember Eddie and Louise and their kids were always a part of our life. Thanks Eddie for being such a great cousin to my mom. Your dancing to that old time rock n roll in heaven now. See you on the other side. Love from Brad and Kathy Killgore

Louise, while I did not know your husband (having worked only with you), I would like to simply express my condolences at this sad time.

We were blessed to have known Eddie for 50 years. He was a kind soul.

What wonderful memories we have of Ed.  He was always there to help at the Elks (their 'Yard Dog') whether it be grooming the yard or working in the kitchen.  He was Jay's right hand for all his lobster dinners.  Ed rightfully received Elk of the Year from the members.  Jay and Ed enjoyed many days on golf courses together and with their sons.  He loved participating in the Goodrow family annual BADGE golf tournament - even the year he survived the tornado!  We had such a terrific vacation touring all of Massachusetts with you two - that freezing ride to Martha's Vineyard, the rainy ride to Provincetown where we 'just missed' hitting a dear en route, dining at Friendly's and Jay and Ed 'passing time' while we shopped at the Christmas Tree Shoppes.  Ed's ever-present smile and keen sense of humor was appreciated by all.  Jay will miss Ed, his dear friend, his brother.  He was one of the good guys.  Through friendship, Jay & Meg, Oakham, MA
