Elmer Garcia, age 30, of Moreno Valley, California passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. Elmer was born September 28, 1989 in Los Angeles, California to Laura Christina Meza and Jose Gregorio Garcia.
Elmer is survived by father Jose Gregorio Garcia and mother Laura Christina Meza.
A visitation for Elmer will be held Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Residence, 24881 Enchanted Way., Moreno Valley, CA 92557.
