A visitation will be held at Green Acres Memorial Park Mortuary, located at 11715 Cedar Ave, Bloomington, CA 92316, on December 5, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The funeral service is scheduled for December 6, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at St Mary's Catholic Church, 16550 Jurupa Ave, Fontana, CA 92337.
The committal service will follow on December 6, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm at Green Acres Memorial Park Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave, Bloomington, CA 92316.
