Fred moved to Rialto with his parents Jesse and Cherry Waller in 1953. He attended Rialto schools and entered the Army shortly after high school becoming a Vietnam veteran.
He worked 20 years for Wildon Pump in Grand Terrace and the balance of his career in Hospital Security for San Bernardino County.
Fred was preceded in death by his wife Cheryl of 56 Years, and son, Johnny Waller.
He is survived by Brother Dale Waller, Daughter Wendy Macias, Son Ronnie Gross, Grandchildren, Liam Waller, Mike Macias, Chris Macias, Kimberlee Macias, Vince Macias, Jesse Gross, Zack Bunch, Amanda Gross and 16 Great Grandchildren
