She was born in Itawamba County Mississippi and lived in Rialto since 1980. A retired homemaker she had been a Poll inspector for the last 30 years with the Registrar of Voters. A member of The Rock Church World Outreach Center in San Bernardino. She was preceded in death by her Husband L. T. Hall, son David Hall, son Stanley Hall and Succeeded by 2 other sons Steven and Benjamin, 6 Grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

She will be interred at Rose Hills Cemetery in Whittier Ca.
