

Kaveh was born in Tabriz, Iran on March 21, 1956. He came to the U.S. in 1978 after the death of his father. He received his A.A. in Aircraft Mechanics from Northrop University. He met his wife Holly while working as a Logistics Manager for Now Air Courier. They were married on Valentines Day 1991. The couple bought their first home in Orange, California in 1996. The couple moved to Fontana with their son Anthony 15 years ago. The house was new so it hadn't been landscaped. Kaveh insisted on fruit trees. He is survived by his apple tree, his fig tree, his nectarine tree, and his plum tree. The apple tree gives apples every June and his wife Holly always makes apple butter. He loved apple butter and biscuits. He is survived by his two grandchildren; Abel and Mya; his uncle Ali; His sister Tahereh and brother Navid; five nieces Soheila, Roya, Ida, Parisa and Tina; six nephews Siamak, Javid, Siavash, Behrang, Kiomars and Farid; and cousins Shafi, Kaivon, Payman, Sharoreh and Payam.
Kaveh enjoyed playing chess, backgammon, Tetris, and cards with his friends and family. His favorite food was eggplant. He enjoyed it cooked any way (parmesan, stuffed, grilled, mashed into a dip). He loved to watch soccer and football. He loved the Oakland Raiders. Kaveh liked to go to Las Vegas, play black jack and drink Jonnie Walker. He and his wife were married in Vegas at the Riviera Hotel and Casino.
