My condolences goes out to family of Mark Rojas. My old roommate back in 1979. I ended up getting married and lost contact with mark. Just found out of his death.

Knew Mark when we were young, great times. You will be missed brother

So many memories that we have shared and all I can think about is the laughs and smiling and just cruising around going no where fast. I remember one day you Kathryn and I went to the movies and during the whole movie we had a popcorn war, it probably annoyed everyone else but who cared we were having fun. Or the time so close to Halloween and you came up with the plan to scare the heck out of me with the scarecrow you made and told me it was a dead body. I was so scared to go into the back of the house because of that! Or the time you bet me $20 to eat some chili peppers, you had the best laugh with that one! So many memories and I am glad that I spent the time I did with you. I wouldn't change it for the world! You filled our lives with love and happiness! To a great man, I love you cousin and you will be missed but never forgotten!

Lake Martin Court will never be the same. The best neighbor you could ever wish for. Always ready with a smile and a handshake. I'll miss chatting with you at the mailbox. You will be incredibly missed.

Last I spoke to Mark about 2 weeks ago-He was tired, not feeling well and the last thing he said was I love you, please tell everyone I love them okay. I said we love you too Mark, I will- It was so hard but even with as bad as he was feeling he was always trying to make you feel better, putting others feelings and emotions first. That my friends is the unconditional selflessness that Mark always showed.  Such a great man in more ways than verbally able to express. Mark,a man that went above and beyond when he didn't need to in all avenues of his life, there is nothing but deep respect for this man. He could make you feel positive about any situation even his illness. No tears, I'm going to try my best to beat this, I got a positive outlook positive thoughts so you have to too. Mark you will never be forgotten. We miss you more than words can say. Our thoughts and prayers are with your sweet wife, and incredibly loving family and friends. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your life. Thank you for all you have done and even in your absence continue to do. Rest in peace dear friend.

Dearest Mark, you will be missed not only to all of us but to your beautiful wife Kathryn.  You and my cousin were a match made in heaven.  God had blessed you both with such a wonderful life .  I am truly blessed to have known such a wonderful, caring  man. Loved our times spent at your house during Super Bowl or just coming by to say hello. It was a privilege to have you as a friend many days we worked  side-by-side many nights we surround the table in a  poker game  our life had some similar roads and brought us to the same point .we had learned many lessons  that define us and made us  successful .you'll be  missed !

Thirty eight years ago I came into your life by filling a void in your mother's life.  You was 15 at the time.  That was pretty difficult for a young man of 15 to take.  Things were pretty rocky for awhile until you realized my good intentions, not only for your mom, but for you and your family.  Things progressively got better and soon we were inseparable.  Remember the Bluegrass festivals we went to?   Remember the sand drags?  Remember the dragster frame we bought?  We were going to build a sand dragster and you would be the driver.  We were together through the good and the bad, but most importantly we were together.  I was so blessed to have your mother, you, your sisters Renee, Sallie and your brother Raymond in my life.  I was so lucky.  Not only did I get your mom, but I got a bonus of four fantastic kids who call me dad.  Mark, I've told you many times that " I Love You More Than You Will Ever Know" and you would repeat those words back to me.  How true.  I Love You More Than You Will Ever Know Mark.

You will be missed you taught me so much about being part of a Family that I had never known before the unconditional love and support that comes with that.You gave so much  of that love to me and will never be forgotten you are in my heart forever. You will Shine Forever.

We have lost our Brother I'm flooded with the memory's of him. He was always my protector in life as a Big Brother should be , if it was me falling on the playground at school and him running over to pick me up brushing me off checking to see is if everything's ok, to calling me just because he felt I needed someone to talk to and yes I would be feeling that. Sibling bonds run deep!!! God Blessed me when he chose me to be his little sister in life and beyond. I Love You!!  You always will be in my Heart and Soul.
