Pat is preceded in death by her beloved husband Tom Ledesma.
She leaves behind to cherish wonderful and beloved memories her son Randy, granddaughter Randi and her grandson Tommy.
A memorial service for Pat will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Green Acres Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316.
