Ralph Woodrow Eilar

Ralph Woodrow Eilar, 77, of Layfette, Indiana was called home to our lord, Sunday, August 13, 2023, at his home in Rialto, California. Ralph was born April 15, 1946, his loving parents Norman and Helen Eilar are now deceased, Ralph has two sisters Opal Donica now deceased and survived by Pearl Donica his youngest sister.

Ralph served as a sergeant in the U.S. military, United States Air Force as an ammunition specialist stationed in Taiwan during the Vietnam war. He met his beautiful bride and wife of 49 years, Bonnie Sue Eilar, in Bloomington, California they were later married in Fontana, California.

In 1970, Ralph began his lifetime career as an Ironworker in Local 416 Rod Busters. He loved to go boating, ATV riding, fishing, hunting, gardening, and he was always fixing or building something. He enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. To all who knew him, he was a unique and hard-working individual who touched the lives of all who knew him. Ralph was an amazing father and grandfather; he was always there for his family.

Ralph is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Ann Eilar-Gerau of Colton, Ca and His son Samuel David Eilar of Colton Ca: grandchildren, Katelyn Eilar, Cody Eilar, Mark Bailey and Kristen Bailey. Great grandchildren Olivia, Logan, Angel, Seth, Maverick, Kylee, Brody, Emery and Chase. Ralph was preceded in death by his wife Bonnie Sue Eilar, parents and older sister.

A graveside service for Ralph will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Green Acres Memorial Park & Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave, Bloomington, CA 92316.
