Thomas Steven Mendoza was born in San Bernardino California in 1953 to Julian and Rose Mendoza. He was a resident of Ramrod Park since 2012. He grew up in Bloomington, California and graduated from Bloomington High School, and earned an Associate’s Degree from San Bernardino Valley College. He worked for the City of Riverside for 30 years. He began his work as a Director with their Parks and Recreation, and later as a Director working not only with youth, but also with seniors. He worked over 20 years as the Director of Reid Park Center in the City of Riverside. He is survived by 7 brothers and 2 sisters.
