Mr. Allan is survived by his wife, Robin A. Allan, son, Brian A. Allan, son, Justin W. Allan, daughter, Aleah M. Allan, sister, Shawnette Stewart, father, James H. Allan and mother, Lucille M. Allan.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at The Bridge Church of the Nazarene, 9904 Bloomington Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316.
