A private burial will take place at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington. East Lawn Funeral Home is assisting the family.

She was born on February 4, 1934 in Chicago, IL, daughter of Joseph and Rita Bojan Darlack. She married William George Bevans, he preceded her in death in 2013. She was also preceded in death by one son, Gary William Bevans and one brother, Frank Darlack.
Surviving are two daughters, Marion Lopez, West Chicago and Patti (Ron) Licko, Carol Stream and five grandchildren. Also surviving is one sister, Marion (Bob) Caruso, South Holland.
Arlene loved to cook for her family and she enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening. Taking care of her family was her top priority. Because of her love for animals, she found comfort in making donations to the ASCPA and also to veteran organizations because of her husband's military service.
