The visitation for Beatrice Strong, 87, of 29 Kleggstone Circle Bloomington, Illinois will be from 11:00 to 12:00 p.m. Monday, June 14th with a service to follow at East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington, the Rev./Pastor Timothy Ferrill officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington.
Beatrice passed away at 8:25 a.m. Thursday June 10, 2021 at her daughter's residence, Bloomington.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society.
Beatrice was born December 29th of 1933 in Blytheville Arkansas to James and Myrtle (Holt) Griffin.
Beatrice is survived by her 12 children: Cathey Huffam West Palm Beach, Florida, Joanne Camp Rogers, Arkansas, Betty Strong Normal, Cindy Mariani Hudson, Illinois, Brenda Owens Bloomington, Brandy Strong Normal, Bobby Strong Bloomington, Billy Strong Normal, Danny Strong Bentonville Arkansas, Rick Strong Bloomington, Jerry Strong Normal, and Jeff Strong Normal.
She had one brother Paul Holt of LeRoy, Illinois and 39 grandchildren and 72 great-grandchildren.
She proceeded in passing by her parents, husband, two daughters Judy Strong and Carolyn Young.
