She was born October 22, 1920 in Mt. Vernon, IL, daughter of Arden P. and Berdie C. Leibengood. She married Charles E. Stout on August 5, 1938 in St. Louis, MO.
Surviving are two sons, Tom (Carol) Stout and Mark Stout, both of Bloomington; two daughters, Charlene (Dwight) Young of West Branson, MO and Sarah (Chris) McCurry of Lincoln, IL; 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Helen Walley of Magnolia, TX and Gladys Heil of Decatur, IL.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses East, 18884 US Highway 150, Bloomington, where visitation be one hour prior to services. Cremation rites have been accorded by East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington. Inurnment will be at Zion Cemetery in Lincoln at a later date.
