Joyce was born November 18, 1939, daughter of Frank and Alma Coffey Marcum. She married Don Mammen on August 10, 1957 at the First Church of the Nazarene in Bloomington.
Surviving are her husband of Bloomington; three children, Terri Milam, Pamela Mammen and Jeff Mammen. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Adam Milam, Jessica Milam, Whitney Thompson and Wesley Thompson.
Joyce was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Bloomington, was also a St. Louis Cardinals Fan and truly loved her nursing home family of 16 years.
Memorial services will be at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2010 at East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington, where visitation will be one hour prior to services. The Rev. J. Todd Keller will officiate. Cremation rites have been accorded, and a graveside service will be at Park Hill Cemetery at a later date.
