He was born May 28, 1966 in St. Joseph, MO to Oakley and Alice (McLaughlin) Mitchell.
Survivors include his sister: Darlene (Jim) Jordan of Heyworth; brother: Tom Mitchell of Roanoke; and several aunts and uncles.
Memorial Service will be at 1pm Saturday January 24, 2015 at East Lawn Funeral Home, 1102 Airport Rd. Bloomington, IL 61704.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
