Charoline Isabella (Saddler) Robb, 82 of Bloomington, IL formerly of Decatur passed away peacefully July 5, 2016 in Bloomington, IL. She was born in Decatur, IL the daughter of Joseph R. Saddler and Ruth M. (Thomas) Saddler. Surviving is her sister Betty (Saddler) Reindl of Bloomington, IL, four children, Shannon K. Robb-Park of Austin, TX, Cheri Williams, Jack E. Robb and Charles A. Robb all of Bloomington, IL. Her parents, and brother, Joseph Saddler Jr. and eldest daughter Michele M. (Robb) Herrick preceded her in death. Charoline was a proud grandmother to twelve grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandson. A memorial service will be at a later date. “To sit and talk with her was a treat in itself. Her humor, her stories, her sometimes brutal honesty was refreshing to all.
