Connie was a spiritual mentor for me in my early days of walking with Christ and a true sister-in-Christ. She made such a difference in my life. It was an honor to do life with her. I was blessed to experience Christ's love poured out to so many through her love, words and actions.

I had the privilege of working with Connie during her years at Plonka Terrrace. She became a cherished friend as well as a coworker. Connie displayed her kind and caring manner frequently to her "family" at Plonka. She will be truly missed by those whose lives she touched. I am deeply sorry for your loss and will keep you in my prayers.

Connie was a great friend when we attended Hoopeston High in Hoopeston, IL. She did her best to explain geometry to me. I remember sitting at the kitchen table in her home on Market St. wondering if I would ever understand it. We lost touch over the years after I moved to Georgia, but I still remember the happy times spent as Cornjerkers. May God bless her family and comfort them as only He can. Marilyn Evans Greer

Connie was our boss at Plonka Terrace for many years, and has been truly missed since she left. She made such a great impact on the lives of our residents and we appreciated her humor, fairness and enthusiasm. Connie will be sadly missed and remembered always.
