Dean Allen Rhoades, 86, of Bloomington passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Heritage Manor Bloomington.

He was born August 28, 1932 in Hopedale, IL to Vern and Agnes (Tavenner) Rhoades.

He married Katherine Wasson, September 11, 1955 in Eureka, IL. She preceded him in death February 2, 2011.

He is survived by son Mark (Fredrica) Rhoades; two grandchildren Elias and Patricia; two great grandchildren Téa and Calvin; and Sister Norma Auth.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and son Randy Rhoades.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 1030 a.m. with a one hour prior visitation at East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington. Pastor Danny McCubbins will officiate. Entombment will be at East Lawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Bloomington.
