Donna J. Sacry, 66, of Bloomington passed away February 3, 2022. She was born December 26, 1955 to Robert and Delores (Dodge) Peasley in Bloomington, IL and married Tom Sacry in 1992 in Bloomington. He precedes her in passing. Tom was a Veteran of the Vietnam War.
She is survived by her loving son: Will Sacry; mother: Delores (James) Benjey; father: Robert Peasley; siblings: Robert Jr., Bill (Gayla) Peasley, Sue Peasley, Bonnie (Brian) Watson; and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her brother: Richard Peasley.
Donna graduated from Olympia High School. Donna worked at State Farm for many years.
Donna was a loving mother and wife, and daughter who had a huge heart. She loved animals and wanted to help everyone that she could, by rescuing her furbabies from shelters and giving them a good home. She will be missed dearly.
Honoring Donna’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded with East Lawn Funeral Home. At this time, no services are being planned.
