Erica Leigh Franzoni

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Erica Leigh Franzoni, who peacefully passed away on August 6, 2025, at the age of 40. Erica was born on April 23, 1985, in Normal, IL, to Bill Franzoni and Donna Franzoni (West).

Erica was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and aunt, and she will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. She had a genuine passion for spending time with her loved ones and caring for others, always making sure to enjoy a nice cold Budweiser and a shot of tequila with her family. Erica was a familiar and friendly face at Kroger, known for her helpfulness and warm smile. She made everyone feel like family, whether they were customers or strangers.

Erica is survived by her parents, Bill (Donna) Franzoni; her brothers, Samuel (Mary) Franzoni and Adam (Stephanie) Hitzner; her children, Damonte Campbell, Kyran Campbell, and Jayceon Campbell; and many other relatives and friends who cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by Richard (Connie) West and Fred (Mary) Franzoni.

A public visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM
