Frances was born Jan. 29, 1926 in Bloomington, daughter of John Leo Hunt and Bertha Marie Meyers Hunt.
Survivors include two daughters Mary Lou Ettien, Normal, and Carol Ann McCurdy, Pensacola, Fla. Also surviving are two sons, John W. (Carol) Mason, Tulsa, Okla.; and Bob (Debbie) Mason, Heyworth; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, John Hunt.
Frances worked for General Electric in Bloomington, retiring after 20 years in 1988. Frances was a lifetime member of VFW Post 454’s Ladies Auxilliary and a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Bloomington.
A Memorial mass will be at 2:00pm Monday November 11, 2013 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1209 W Locust St, Bloomington, IL. Burial will follow at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, 1002 Airport Rd. Bloomington, IL
