There will be no services or visitation. Cremation rites have been accorded by East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington.

She was born April 17, 1943 in Chicago, daughter of Robert and Leona Dietz Mikel. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving is her significant other, with whom she made her home, John Vanek, Pontiac; one son, Eric (Lisa) Kelley, Pontiac and three grandchildren, Austin, Erin and Mitch. Also surviving are one brother, Jim (Nancy) Mikel, Bloomington and her beloved dogs, Brin and Jax.
Judy worked as an office assistant at the Taylor Johnson Law Firm in Pontiac for many years before retiring.
She enjoyed spending her free time in the comfort of her own home or with her family.
