Karissa Bowman

She loved taking pictures and getting her picture taken. She like amusement parks, playing bingo, going to the movies, but most of all, she enjoyed taking her son to church.

Surviving are her mother, Juanita Christine (Tregg) Jipp; father, David (Sharon) Bowman; son Linkin Pierce Bowman; father of Linkin, Shaq Florez; siblings, Schatonna Trautt, Austin Bowman, Brandon Yazell and Nathan Bowman; four step sisters and two step brothers.

She is preceded in passing by her grandparents.

A public visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington. Services will be held at 3 p.m. with her father, Pastor David Bowman, officiating. Arrangements and cremation rites have accorded with East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington.
