Lois June Fox

June was born on June 9, 1934 in Bloomington the daughter of Arthur and Alma Leathers. She graduated from Bloomington High School. She was a homemaker until her children were raised and then worked at DCSF and Children’s Foundation. She dedicated her life to being a great MOM to all around her.

She loved dancing, listening to gospel and country music and her cat Baby. She was a member of the Ladies of the Moose in Bloomington and an auxiliary member of the VFW in Bloomington. June especially loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children; Ronald Kevin Roake, Brian Kelly Roake, Kelly Jo White and Jennifer Lynn Keayes; her sister, Barbara Hamilton; many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

June was preceded in death by parents; husbands, Ronald Gene Roake, Harry J. Greuel and Meredith “Jake” Fox; four brothers, Wayne, Gene, Tracy and Donald Leathers and a sister, Theresa Whitesell.

Her family will have a memorial service in June of 2017 on her birthday.
