JoAnn is survived by her children, Diane (John) Bare,
Michael (Karen) Maguire; six grandchildren, Jeffrey (Andi) Bare, Nicole (Adam Higham) Bare, Joel (Charlie) Maguire, Sean (Amber) Maguire, Ashleigh Maguire, Marcus Maguire; four great grandchildren Zander, Jaydon, Emerick, and Indiyah, as well as her beloved cat, Pretty Girl.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Col. Joseph Thomas Fay, her son Todd Fay, as well as her first husband John Maguire, and favorite aunt, Mary Owens.
