Michael Lee Morgan

Michael Lee Morgan, 68, of Gridley, Illinois passed peacefully on June 11, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 12, 1958, to Robert and Alice Haase - Morgan. Michael married the love of his life, Brenda Kiper on October 19,1985

Michael leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Brenda morgan; sons, Harley Morgan, Knute Morgan, and Kolby Morgan; sisters, Becky (Kevin) McConnell of Georgia, Georgiann (Roger) Hany, and Ginger Prunty of Indiana; step-mom Rachel Morgan; and a host of family and friends. Michael will be missed by all who know and love him.

A lifelong passion for music shaped much of Michael’s days and brought joy to those around him. He began playing at the age of five, and his gift as a guitarist remained a steady part of his life. Even in retirement, from Sam Leman Automotive Group "forty plus years" Michael stayed closely connected to the music he loved spending time on YouTube watching music videos and keeping up with the latest sounds. He especially enjoyed country music and rock and roll.

A private family graveside will be held at a later date.
