Michelle Frances Fox

Michelle was born June 18, 1949 in Orange, New Jersey to Francis and Ruth Rackett. On July 6, 1968 Michelle married the love of her life Glen David Fox Sr. after meeting on the boardwalk in Seaside Heights.

After his 8 years of service in the navy, Michelle and Glen raised 4 children while being over the road truck drivers. She was devoted to her children as well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She shared an unconditional love with her two sisters, they share a bond that can never be broken.

Michelle is survived by her two loving sisters Cindy Spindler of York, Pennsylvania and Pam Powers of Monticello, Indiana; her loving children, Kimberly (Mike) Dickerson of Pennsylvania, Frances (Jeremy) Francis of Peoria, Lynette Fox of Armington and Michael (Val) Fox of Eureka; twenty-seven Grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren: four nephews; two nieces; and her beloved companion Sheeva.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; one son, Glen Fox Jr; two brothers, Steve Spindler and Dave Powers; and father-in-law and mother-in-law.

Funerals services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington, Illinois. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude Chidren’s Research Hospital.
