He was born November 2, 1934; the son of Elsie (Taylor) Snow.
Otis served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He worked for Baum construction for over 45years. He enjoyed the lottery, cooking, his cats and dogs and watching television especially the History channel.
Otis will be greatly missed by his family, friends and coworkers.
Survivors include his sisters: Rita Richards of La Jolla, Ca, Joy (Bob) McKay of Flint, MI and Rosalie Minjarez of Bloomington; cousin: Lucile Handley of Normal; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother: brothers: Charles Ralph, David Glenn Jr. and Willis Keith; sister: Shirley Josephine; and longtime companion of 48years Eva Beck.
The family would like to thank Advocate Hospice Home Care and their volunteers, and a special thanks to Marie Dalzon of Alongevity Home Care.
Per Otis Wishes there will be no services.
