She was born on June 2, 1936 in DeWitt, IL, daughter of Harold B. and Ilda Josephine Robbins Burton. She married Charles "Chuck" E. Fowler on October 13, 1979 in DeWitt, he preceded her in death on February 10, 2026 in Normal.
Surviving are two sons, Scott Fowler of Streator, IL and Todd Fowler of Wisconsin. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pat worked as a tax accountant specialist at State Farm Insurance Company in Bloomington before retiring.
Her funeral service and interment will be private. East Lawn Funeral Home is assisting the family.
