He is survived by his Mother Joyce Paceley Arthur of Bloomington, his sister Jamie Arthur of Bloomington, 3 sons Joshua (Candi) Arthur of Normal, Ryan (Amanda) Arthur of Bloomington, Daniel Arthur of Heyworth, 2 daughters Ashley Arthur of Heyworth, Magdaline (Maggie) Arthur of Heyworth, 2 foster daughters Bri Rasmussen and Jacie Robbins of Bloomington IL, 3 grandchildren, and 6 step-grandchildren. Patrick was also blessed with several friends he loved and counted as family. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Arthur of Normal.
Pat graduated from Bloomington High School in 1983. He fulfilled his childhood dream of driving a semi-truck. He was an active member of his church, Christian Faith Center. He also enjoyed being part of an auto racing team. He loved working on cars with two of his uncles, John and George Paceley. He always loved the chance to help at his Uncle John’s auto repair shop.
Pat will be remembered for being a loving Son, Brother, Father, and Grandfather. For always being there for family, friends, and even strangers. His curiosity of how thing work. And his playful sense of humor.
Cremation rights have been accorded. East Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to the Christian Faith Center or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
