I was very sorry to hear of Bob's passing and hope that Mandy is getting along okay.  I worked with Bob for many years while he was in Vega Baja, later Plainville, CT.  He was always a good friend.  He came to Burlington, IA to help us teach field service engineers how to work on Power Circuit Breakers.  I'm surprised for such an accomplished man, nobody took the time to write a proper obituary.
