Rosemary "Pete" Blandford

She was born on July 1, 1950 in Bloomington, daughter of Lyle and Myra Zoller Holloway. She married Billy R. Blandford on November 27, 1970 in Bloomington.

Surviving are her husband, Billy of Bloomington; daughter, Nicky (Michael) Burns of Normal and two grandchildren, Mason (Siena) Burns and Ava Burns. Also surviving is one brother, Mark Holloway of Normal.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Troy Blandford in 1989.

Pete first worked as a daycare provider out of her home, before working as a realtor for Brady Realty, where she retired from. She enjoyed simple pleasures in life, her family, her dog Gracie and her weekly lunches with Bill to Chili's.

Her funeral will be held at 11 am on Monday, June 29, 2026 at East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington, where visitation will begin at 10am. Cremation rites will be accorded after services.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the ALS Association (als.org) or Ruby's Rescue and Retreat, McLean, IL.
