

Sharon was born May 10, 1947, in Bloomington, the daughter of Murphy and Evelyn Pence LaFever.
Surviving are her children, Kimberly Logston; Dawn (Francis) Poston; Ronald D. Dreyer, Jr; and Nicklaus (Nicole) Dreyer, all of Bloomington; seven grandchildren, Anthony Andres of Bloomington; Chad Davis of Kentucky; Gabrielle Dreyer of Arizone; Eric Dreyer of Michigan; Elizabeth Daugherty; Kalin Buhl; and Adam Buhl, all of Bloomington; nine great-grandchildren, Skyler, Carter, and Eli Andres; Maya Andres; Issabella Kraky; Eithyn Wiggins; Zarranna Wiggins; Devin Wiggins Jr.; and Autumn Klutz; a sister, Anne Watson of Bloomington; and ex-husband, Rickey Griffin. She was preceded in death by her parents; her late husband, Ronald D. Dreyer, Sr.; a son, Curtis E. Dreyer; a great-grandchild, Brooklyn Andres; three brothers and three sisters.
Sharon enjoyed going to thrift shops. She was always on the look for good bargains. She was very conservative, and had a passion for animals. She enjoyed watching television shows, especially Perry Mason and 48 hours.
A Celebration of Sharon’s Life will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Christ Temple Church, 202 East Locust Street, Bloomington, IL. 61701. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to central Illinois Humane Society. Online condolences may be shared with the family at eastlawn-bloomington.com
